How to Analyze Physical Inventory Differences

After you have finished the physical inventory order, you can analyze the physical inventory differences.

You can view the differences in the statistic page or you can print them as a report.

To view the Physical Inventory Statistics page

1. Choose the icon, enter Phys. Inventory Order, and then choose the related link.

2. Open physical inventory order that you want to view the statistics of.

3. Choose the Statistics action.

   The Phys. Invt. Order Statistics page opens.

To print the Phys. Inventory Order Difference list

1. Choose the icon, enter Phys. Inventory Order, and then choose the related link.
2. Open physical inventory order that you want to print the difference list of.
3. Choose the Print action.
4. On the Phys. Invt. Order Diff. List page, choose the Print button to print the report on paper or choose the Preview button to see them on the screen.
